Emotional intelligence is more than just another hot topic. It’s an extremely important ability that enhances your efforts to achieve success. The term describes your ability to recognize your own and other people’s emotions, to understand the powerful effect of these emotions, and to use that information to guide thinking and behavior.

But how do you develop emotional intelligence?

This talk will help you increase self-awareness and may change your thinking regarding stress: Stress is only harmful for those who believe that stress is bad for you.

My favorite statement comes at the very end:

„Chasing meaning is better for your health than trying to avoid discomfort.“

So, making a change is not only rewarding in many respects you might already have thought of. It is even good for your health!
